Ordering Custom Merch:
How it works

Quality custom merch is the result of many different people and processes working together to create an exceptional final product. But it all starts with your vision. Let’s dive into how it works.

1. Finding your blank products

We work with many major blank apparel, headwear, and promotional product brands to ensure you have limitless options.

Browse our catalogs or reach out to us and one our Account Managers will be happy to make suggestions that best fit your needs.

You are also welcome to supply your own products to be decorated by our team.

Pro tip: In most cases, there is no additional cost to use multiple garments in a single print run. Use this method to help reach better price breaks. For example, order 24 hoodies and 24 t-shirts with the same design to receive 48pc pricing on everything.

It all starts with the perfect blank garment.

The next step is adding your artwork.

2. Adding your art

With the perfect blank items selected, it’s time to add your design. Every file you send receives an expert art review to ensure the best quality prints.

Our in-house designers will provide mock-ups for approval so there is no confusion about how the final product will look. They are also standing by if you need help creating new designs for your print project.

Decoration techniques for apparel & headwear projects include screen printing, embroidery, digital heat transfers, and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.

3. Optional finishing & add-on’s

Before we hit the presses, there are a few options available to further customize your products.

Finishing options will help take any print project up a notch. Private labeling your garments and adding custom woven hem tags will make them retail ready while polybagging can give them an extra wow-factor that your customers won’t forget.

Fulfillment services are also available to help streamline the process of delivering your custom merch to your customers, staff, or end user.

Finishing options will add additional production days to your order so be sure to factor this into your timeline.

You can also add finishing services such as custon neck tags or folding and bagging.

4. Let’s print!

This is where the magic happens. Films are produced, screens are burned, inks are mixed, garments are counted, and the presses are loaded up. Every piece is printed individually and inspected for flaws before being packed and handed off to be shipped or picked up.
