Screen Printing & Embroidery Price Lists
Published February 2025
-
Let’s Print has always strived to provide the best service we can while offering honest, competitive pricing, and our price lists have largely gone unchanged in the past several years. However, beginning on February 1, 2025, we will be introducing a new pricing structure for all of our services. We feel this is necessary to ensure that we can continue to invest in the quality, efficiency, and customer service that you expect from us. There are 2 main factors driving this decision:
Like many businesses, we’ve seen significant increases in operating costs over the past few years. Expenses for supplies, leases, utilities, ink, equipment, and labor continue to rise. While our sales have grown, our profit margins have become smaller, and we can no longer absorb these rising costs without affecting the quality of our service. To maintain the use of premium inks and supplies, invest in state-of-the-art equipment, and offer competitive wages to our staff, we need to increase the cost of our services.
We have historically used an inclusive pricing model, which means our invoices have very few fees and up-charges in favor of simple all-inclusive prices. While this streamlines our invoices, it does not properly account for how unique every single job is, so essentially what happens is the “easy” jobs subsidize the “hard” ones. For example: In our current pricing model, a small 1 color print on the left chest of a t-shirt prices out the same as a 17” print down the sleeve of a hoodie. The left t-shirt print can reach speeds of 400+ pcs per hour while using minimal ink and glue, but the hoodie sleeve print uses significantly more ink, significantly more glue, prints at half the speed due to the slow loading & unloading of the press, AND requires 4x as many boxes to pack and ship, which also requires more labor. In our current pricing model, we do not properly account for discrepancies like this. Our new pricing will unfortunately have a few more fees where needed, but to offset this, we’ve also built in more opportunities to save money on jobs that are less labor intensive.
For the first time, we will also be publishing our pricing publicly, giving you clear visibility into the updates. There are reasons many service-based businesses do not publish their price lists - the biggest one is that we don’t want potential customers to see pricing, not fully understand it or think it’s too high, and move on before we have an opportunity to sell the job. The second is to prevent competitors from undercutting us. In 2025, we are choosing to ignore these concerns in favor of full transparency.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we integrate these changes. If you have any questions at all, please e-mail us at info@letsprintla.com.

Embroidery Price Matrix
-
Embroidery has 2 price lists - one for flat items like t-shirts, hoodies, towels, etc., and one for headwear. Headwear is priced a bit lower and is more standardized, while embroidery on flat items is based on the graphic’s stitch count. Higher stitch count = longer time to run the job. Unlike screen printing, the amount of colors has no effect on the pricing. The stitch count will raise with denser, bigger designs. For reference, most designs under 4×4” will be in the 0-5k stitch range.
-
RUSH or SUPER RUSH Service: 20-50%
Non-standard/bulky items (towels, bath robes, some bags/backpacks. etc): +$0.50-1.00/ea
Artwork Digitizing (for orders under 100pcs): $25 one time fee
3D/PUFF Embroidery: +$2-4/ea based on quantity & complexity
Specialty threads: varies
Thread acquisition for non-standard colors: $50

All pricing is subject to change at any time. Quotes are manually generated by our account managers to account for the unique complexities of each project and may not perfectly align with the price matrices listed here. Reach out to us if you have any questions.
