How does it work?

We offer two formats for live print activations in Los Angeles and all around Southern California - screen printing and heat pressing. Both options provide a memorable way for guests to interact with your brand and create a unique piece of swag.

Live
Screen Printing

The highlight of any event! Live screen printing packages include a manual printing press that can accommodate up to 4 screens/designs, a conveyor dryer, and a self-sufficient crew.

In most activations, guests will select the t-shirt they want and pair it with one of the available graphics, however, unique experiences can be created such as customers providing their own garments for a sustainable approach. This is most often free for guests but it can also be made into a paid experience.

  • This setup requires a 10x10ft area with access to one 110v outlet will be necessary, preferably on a dedicated circuit

  • Event minimum of 4 hours, billed at $120/hr + travel & setup fees

  • Custom signage available upon request

  • The process produces almost no fumes or odors and is safe in an indoor or confined space, but a ventilated area is requested due to the heat generated from the conveyor dryer.

  • The setup and capacity can be scaled up based on anticipated volume of guests.

Live
Heat Pressing

Live heat pressing provides a versatile and cost effective way to customize merch at events, especially if utilizing unique items and/or materials like tote bags, koozies, and jerseys.

We will provide 1 (or more) heat press, pre-made digital heat transfers, and a self sufficient team. Guests will be able to customize teams in a variety of ways as this approach is generally less restrictive than screen printing.

  • Most live heat press setups can be achieved with only a 6ft table and access to a 110v power outlet.

  • Digital “DTF” heat transfers will be pre-made with your designs prior to the show. These durable, full color transfers can adhere to a variety of materials. There are no restrictions on the amount of designs that can be pre-made for the event, though keeping things simple is best in a live setting.

  • Event minimum of 3 hours billed at $75/hr + travel & setup fees

  • The setup and capacity can be scaled up based on anticipated volume of guests.
